City administrators this week found no evidence that Reseda used undue influence in an attempt to keep receiver Gerard Jones from transferring to Taft last summer.
Taft brought the charges after the Toreadors were placed on probation for allowing Jones to practice before his transfer was official.
Jones is Taft’s leading receiver with 30 catches for 283 yards and two touchdowns.

Johan Colocho, a Van Nuys junior, follows in a long line of excellent Wolves’ kickers, although he isn’t getting many opportunities.
He has made two of four field-goal attempts and all four of his extra points for the Wolves (1-6, 0-2 in Valley Mission league play).
“He has great potential,” Coach Mark Pomerantz said. “We’ve had four All-City kickers in six years and he might turn out to be better than any of them.”
Colocho also plays receiver, but he isn’t getting many chances to catch the ball, either. He leads Van Nuys with eight receptions for 111 yards.
Punting is a different story, however.
Colocho is averaging 37.7 yards and has punted 25 times, more than any other City punter from the region.
