Rizza, Matias Earn Honors From USTA

Rylan Rizza of Rancho Palos Verdes and Dianne Matias of Gardena have been selected the U.S. Tennis Assn.’s Southern California junior players of the year for 2000.
Samantha Hammond of Westlake Village and Kenny Brown of Los Angeles were selected most improved, and Jieun Jacobs of Valencia and Brian Wilson of San Marcos earned Evelyn Houseman sportsmanship awards.
