Sewage Spill Closes Harbor for 3 Days

Huntington Harbour has been closed to water sports for at least 72 hours because of a sewage spill, county health officials said Tuesday.
A blocked sewer line in Anaheim caused 1,800 to 2,800 gallons of raw sewage to flow out of a manhole, into a storm drain and then into Huntington Harbour, officials said.
The harbor will be closed until testing shows that bacteria are back to acceptable levels.
