Teenager Kills Teacher at Elementary School

A 17-year-old boy armed with a sashimi knife stabbed a teacher to death and wounded two other adults at his former elementary school, then stood in the faculty lounge and smoked a cigarette with the bloody blade still in his hand.
No students were injured. Police said the teen refused to talk after his arrest.
The attack panicked the 600 students and 30 teachers at the public school in Neyagawa City outside Osaka in western Japan. Adults guided children as they ran from school buildings.
