Bryant Will Give His Deposition on Friday

Kobe Bryant is scheduled to give a deposition Friday in Orange County in the federal suit against him, an attorney for his accuser said.
The deposition had been postponed while both sides wrangled over the questions Bryant would be allowed to be asked.
Attorney Lin Wood’s client is the 20-year-old Colorado woman who accused Bryant of sexual assault in June 2003, in a Colorado hotel room. A felony charge against the Laker guard was dropped on the eve of trial when the woman decided not to testify.
However, she filed for monetary damages in civil court in July and the case has slowed moved toward trial.
The Lakers play the Detroit Pistons on Friday night at Staples Center.
