Yoko Ono has legal setback

Yoko Ono lost her legal bid to block the producers of “Expelled,” a film promoting “intelligent design,” from using a 15-second excerpt of “Imagine,” the song by Ono’s late husband, John Lennon of the Beatles.
U.S. District Judge Sidney Stein said in a ruling issued Monday in New York that Ono and British record label EMI Group were likely to lose their case against filmmakers Premise Media Corp. and Rampant Films.
The case is not over, as Ono and EMI may present additional evidence in support of their lawsuit.
