Wanda Petronski has only one dress to wear to school every day. She cleans it and irons it, but it just doesn’t hang right. One day, Wanda is walking to school. She sees Peggy, Maddie, Cecile and a bunch of other girls. They are surrounding Cecile because she has a brand new dress. Wanda says she has a hundred dresses.

This story teaches a really good lesson: Don’t make fun of people because they have a funny name or wear the same dress every day. I really love this book and hope everybody reads it!

Frank and Joe Hardy, two brothers who are the sons of the famous detective, Fenton Hardy, go undercover when their friend, Chet Morton, gets his car stolen. They consult the chief of police for evidence. The chief directs them to other people who reported the same man committing other crimes.

They tell their father about the stolen car. They also let him know that they believe the thief was wearing a red wig. Their father gives them addresses of local wig stores. If you want to know the rest, drop your newspaper and go to the nearest library or bookstore!

Anne and her family go into hiding in a place called “The Annex.” On Anne’s 13th birthday, her father gives her a diary. Anne loves the diary and writes about everything that happens. It is a sad life. Read this book to find out what happens to them.

This is a hilarious story. It is about what happens if you give a mouse a cookie. The mouse would want some milk, a straw, and he would want to color a picture. After he’s done with the picture, he will want to sign his name and hang it on the wall. Then what happens? You will like this book when you read it.
