Actress Scarlett Johansson has purchased the Buff & Hensman-designed Wong House in Los Feliz for $2.9 million.
Built in the late ‘60s, the restored home has walls of glass looking out on the swimming pool, a walled garden off the master bedroom suite and views of downtown Los Angeles and the ocean. There are two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,835 square feet of living space. Two rooms originally used as bedrooms were converted to an open-plan library and an office.
Johansson, 25, plays Natasha Romanoff in “Iron Man 2” (2010).
Rogelio Levin of Deasy Penner & Partners, Beverly Hills, had the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service, while Annie Challis of Keller Williams, Beverly Hills, represented the buyer.
